JY Management Groep B.V. is a Dutch, privately owned-asset management and investment company, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The group’s operations, primarily located in the Netherlands, are spread across Europe and Latin America and are predominantly focused on the building materials sector, agricultural activities, real estate and nautical tourism.

Founded in 2008, in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands, the company is one of the founding shareholders of the Aircrete Group. With an initial investment in Aircrete Europe, formerly known as Aircrete Technology, the company has expanded its operations with additional investments over the past 2 decades, thereby creating a long-standing successful investment record in the building materials industry.

Today, the company holds a diversified international portfolio of assets and investments throughout different sectors, aiming to create a balanced and diversified allocation of capital to ensure sustainable future growth and stability for the company’s stakeholders.

The operations of JY Management Groep are managed by Corniels Tavenier. As Director of the company, he is responsible for the company’s key operations and investment decisions.

Corniels is also a current shareholder and Commercial Director of Aircrete since 2016. Before joining Aircrete Corniels worked at CRH, one of the world’s largest building materials companies, as a Business Development Manager.

Prior to CRH, Corniels worked as a Senior Associate in the Dutch office of M&A International (today known as Oaklins), the world’s leading mid-market M&A alliance. In his previous roles, Corniels was responsible for managing international buy- and sell-side processes, ranging from family-owned companies to divestments for corporate multinationals.
